Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to your use of the Webfold website and to any services we provide to you.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for an engagement are defined in your chosen plan or in a written proposal or statement of work (SOW).

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW governs the specific engagement.

By starting a plan, or by signing a proposal or SOW, you accept these Terms as they apply to that engagement. The version of these Terms in effect when the plan begins governs that engagement.

You agree to provide timely feedback, brand assets, content, and any accounts or credentials required to complete the engagement.

Delays to timelines caused by missing inputs from you are not our responsibility.

The care plan is charged monthly in advance: US$75 a month, or ₹3,500 a month for customers in India. Your first payment covers your first month, and the plan then renews automatically each month.

If a payment is due and unpaid, your website is taken offline immediately. There is no grace period. Your content is kept, and the website comes back once the payment goes through.

Hosting is included in the plan. Domain registration is your own cost, paid to your domain registrar.

Your domain name is yours. It is registered in your name, in your own account, and you can point it wherever you like at any time. If you don't have a domain yet, we can put your website on a temporary address we provide; that address remains ours.

Your business name, logo and any text, photos or other material you give us stay yours. You give us permission to use them on your website while your plan is active.

The website itself, including its design, the words and photos we write or source, and the code, is created and owned by Webfold and provided to you as part of your plan. When the plan ends, your right to use it ends too.

Each party will keep confidential the information disclosed to it by the other. This obligation survives termination for three years.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You can cancel your plan at any time. Your website stays online until the end of the month you've already paid for, and nothing further is charged.

Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice for a material breach that remains uncured 30 days after notice. On termination, payment is due for all services rendered through the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
