Is there anything to pay up front?
Only your first month. Your first payment is $75, and it covers your first month. There’s no separate build fee: the website, hosting and support are all part of the plan.
What happens on the call?
It takes about 30 minutes. We ask what your business does, what you want the website to do, and answer anything you’d like to know. If it suits you, we send a private setup link afterwards.
When do I pay after that?
After your first month it’s $75 a month, charged automatically. We remind you before every renewal. You can cancel whenever you like; your website stays online until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Who owns the domain and the content?
The domain is yours: it’s registered in your name, and it’s the only thing we need from you. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll give you a temporary domain in the meantime. Everything else, from the design to the words and photos, we create and it’s Webfold’s, provided as a hosted service while you’re subscribed.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your website stays online until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and your domain stays with you. We also remind you before every renewal, so nothing is charged by surprise.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your website is taken offline as soon as a payment is due and unpaid. There’s no grace period. Your content is kept safe, and the website comes back as soon as the payment goes through.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. Send any change from your dashboard: your first hour of changes is free, and after that it’s $15 an hour. We always confirm before doing anything that costs extra.
